REBOUND offers single family and multi-family affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families who are seeking to buy a home or rent an apartment
REBOUND does not provide emergency or temporary housing.
To apply for housing with REBOUND you must first complete a Homeownership Education course by visiting the LUL Homeownership Center.
Qualifying households must have a gross monthly income greater than two times the monthly rent or receive rental assistance from an outside source such as Section 8. Applicants must also complete Homeownership Counseling offered by our partners at the Louisville Urban League.
Timing will vary depending on employment references and credit check requirements. Most applications can take up to 72 hours.
REBOUND is located in West Louisville, Kentucky at 1535 West Broadway.
At this time, we do not have accessible apartments, but with our growth and initiatives to build, we may have future opportunities to rent apartments that are accessible. Please stay tuned and contact us for more information.
We do not allow pets in our rental apartments (Service pets may be evaluated for qualifications - Please speak directly to our property manager.)
Eviction does not necessarily mean denial, due to mitigating circumstances. REBOUND believes everyone deserves a second chance. There may be steps you can take to prove your rental worthiness, such as Credit Counseling Courses through our partners at the Louisville Urban League.
We do not provide loans, but we do have partners that specialize in Homeownership Loans as well as Personal Loans. Please view our list of partners on our website under the “About Us” tab.
