REBOUND offers single family, affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families who are seeking to buy a home or rent an apartment.
We do not provide emergency or temporary housing.
To apply for housing with REBOUND you must first complete a Homeownership Education course. Start by visiting the LUL Homeownership Center.
After the completion of your Homeownership Counseling, you must complete a HUD-Certified homebuyer course. If you are interested in Down Payment Assistance, you must complete an application for review and qualifications. Once you have met all requirements, your application will be reviewed for eligibility.
Timing will vary depending on all requirements being met by the potential homebuyer.
REBOUND is located in West Louisville, Kentucky at 1535 West Broadway.
At this time we do not have accessible apartments, but with our growth and continuation and initiatives to build, we may have future opportunities to rent apartments that are accessible. Please stay tuned and contact us for more information.
We do not allow pets in our rental apartments (Service pets may be evaluated for qualifications - Please speak directly to our property manager.)
Yes, you can apply for housing following an eviction. Your application will be reviewed by our Property Manager to determine approval.
We do not provide loans, but we do have partners that specialize in homeownership loans as well as personal loans, please view our list of partners on our website under the “About Us” tab.
