Fred Butler

Fred Butler joined Rebound, Inc. in May 2025 as the Property Manager and brings over 15 years of property management. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered well-maintained properties, responsive tenant services, and strong operational oversight.

Fred has a hands-on leadership style and values building strong relationships with residents, staff, and partners to keep properties running smoothly. He joined Rebound to be part of a team that’s making a real difference, driven by a deep sense of purpose to help ensure everyone has access to quality housing and a stronger sense of community.

Fun Fact:
Outside of work, Fred enjoys playing billiards and has a reputation for being tough to beat at the pool table!
