Kevin L. Dunlap

Kevin L. Dunlap currently serves as the Executive Director of REBOUND, Inc., a separate nonprofit housing development corporation created by Louisville Urban League in 1993. He has previously served as Senior Deputy Director for Fannie Mae Kentucky Office, Relationship Manager for Neighbor Works America and Senior Housing Director for the Louisville Urban League. His expertise in the areas of housing, community development and banking has spanned nearly 30 years.

Kevin is certified through the Neighbor Works Home Ownership and Community Lending Program of Study, National Association of Home Builders HCCP program and certified through the National Development Council’s Housing Development Finance Professional program.

A strong advocate for housing, he serves on the boards and committees of several organizations that includes the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis CDAC, Louisville Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Metropolitan Housing Coalition, Louisville Branch NAACP Housing Chair, and a former member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati Housing Advisory Committee, Fannie Mae Kentucky Advisory Committee just to name a few.
