Ronrico Williams Sr. is the Director of Housing Production at REBOUND Inc., where he leads housing development initiatives focused on expanding high‑quality, affordable homeownership and community‑based housing solutions. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and seasoned housing development professional, he brings extensive experience in affordable housing, construction management, and public‑sector finance.

Originally from Del Rio, Texas, Ronrico has called Louisville home since childhood and maintains a strong personal commitment to strengthening local neighborhoods. His work spans the full development lifecycle, from design and budgeting to contractor oversight and regulatory compliance, leveraging deep expertise with HOME, CDBG, ARP, LIHTC, and other housing finance tools.

Ronrico previously held leadership roles with Louisville Metro Government’s Office of Housing & Community Development, managing projects ranging from small‑scale rehabilitation to multi-million-dollar developments. He holds degrees in Business Management and Interdisciplinary Business Studies (cum laude), along with numerous professional certifications in housing finance, economic development, and project management, and brings a leadership style shaped by military service, public‑sector experience, and a mission-driven approach to community impact.
