Tiffany Bailey

Tiffany Bailey joined REBOUND Inc., in 2021 as an Executive Assistant.  With over 20 years of professional office experience, she has held positions in Human Resources, The Workforce Investment Act, and Higher Ed. She is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of executives, staff, customers and clients.  Tiffany has a track record of consistent performance in high pressure environments.  She skillfully manages the day-to-day Executive Administrative duties for REBOUND and ensures that office tasks, along with scheduling and correspondence are running efficiently and effectively.  With her robust knowledge in previous diverse positions, she is passionate about increasing generational wealth and customer satisfaction.  

Tiffany is a graduate of McKendree University, in Radcliff, Kentucky where she received a dual degree majoring in Human Resources Management and Bachelor of Business Administration.  She is also a graduate Ambassador for Center for Neighborhoods, and a facilitator for the Synergy Project (An initiative to bring policemen and community closer together) In addition to her duties as an Executive Assistant, Tiffany is active in her community with numerous volunteer services such as Uniting Partners for Women (UP), Louisville Story Program, and Pandora’s Productions Theater.
